Empire Zone
Wayne County's Empire Zone is ideally located in the Upstate New York Technology corridor. This Zone was designated in October 2002 as a two square mile zone. Our county wide Empire has available acreage to be designated as needed by a growing business as well as shovel ready sites and available buildings already designated in towns throughout the county. Every town in Wayne County has available Empire Zone designated sites.
Zone Land and Buildings Available:
- Vacant parcel sizes range from 4 acres to135 acres.
- A 135 acre Build Now NY site is shovel ready and able to subdivide to parcels as small as 4 acres.
