Eligibility

To find out if you qualify on a financial basis, you must stop in at our office to fill out an application. Those individuals unable to afford an attorney but have a job, may be required by the court to pay a contribution to the county after services are rendered.

If you have been charged with a misdemeanor or felony level offense, you may qualify for our services.

You have the right to be represented by an attorney.
