Directions to the Department
of Youth and Aging

The Wayne County Department of Aging and Youth is located at 1519 Nye Rd., Lyons.

If you are heading East on Rt. 31, from Newark, you will make a right turn on to Nye Rd. The road is a few houses past the old Wayne County Nursing Home.

If you are heading West on Rt. 31, from Lyons, you will make a left turn on to Nye Rd. If you pass the Wayne County Sheriffs Department you have gone too far.

Take Nye Road all the way back to the brick building. (Health Services Building) The entrance to the building is on East side where the big overhang is. Come in that entrance and take the elevators up to the second floor. As you get off the elevator turn to your right and our office door is there.
