Highway HomeThe Highway Department also maintains the Wayne
County's 40 bridges. There is a construction crew of five to six
men. Since 1993 12 new bridges have been constructed. Four other
bridges have been rehabilitated. Pictured is the bridge over Bear
Creek in Ontario, NY using a concrete arch and stone pattern.
